Free shipping is applied on EVERY ORDER.

Once you have placed your order you will be contacted by e-mail to confirm your order. For your protection, we insures and registers all items for their full value. Currently all deliveries must be made to the credit card billing address unless a secondary shipping address is registered with the credit card company.

Order Confirmation and Tracking:

Once you place your order by clicking on the ¡°Place Order¡± button, you will see the order confirmation page and an e-mail containing your order number will be sent to you. If you do not receive the confirmation email, contact us directly via e-mail.

Orders usually ships within 24-36 hours, once your order has been shipped, an e-mail will be sent to you within the next 48 hours reflecting that your order has been shipped with tracking numbers. It will indicate which carrier was used and a method of tracking the order to your door. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

Orders May Be Delayed for the Following Reasons:

- Order is pending a credit approval and verification.
- A product is currently out of stock.
- An order which requires special customization.


Delivery is guaranteed. In the event that your package is lost or seized we will reship once at our expense. We are not responsible for any import tax or duty charged to your package. Import tax is the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

1. If our customer find any quality problem after you receive the items we send. In this case,please take a photo about the products and send e-mail to us,after we confirm,we will re-send the product to you or full refund to you.

2. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.Customer will be responsible for the charge to ship the item back to us.

3. Refunds are issued in the same form in which the original payment was made and may take up to 7-30 business days after the receipt of goods.No Return or Exchange for these products once they have been used.

Procedure

If you wish to cancel an order under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Please click here for details.

To submit a return request through this website, please log in to your account, go to ‘Completed Orders’, click on ‘Return Items’ next to the relevant order, complete the form and click on ‘Submit Return Request’. Alternatively, please contact us by phone or email with your order number, what you would like to return and why you wish to return it.

You will then receive an email with your Return Request ID plus instructions on how to return the items to us.

We will agree with you to either refund, replace or exchange the item subject to availability.

Please post the return items back to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your return request. We recommend you use a recorded or track and trace postal method that provides sufficient insurance cover for the value posted.

On receipt of the package, we will determine whether the item is acceptable for return in accordance with our policy.

Once we have received you returned goods we will send you an email confirmation and your refund will be processed within 7 days.

Refunds will be paid back using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. It can take a few additional working days for the banking and credit card system to credit the funds back onto your credit card or bank account once we have processed you refund.

If the item is not acceptable then we will return it to you with an explanation of the reasons for its return.
